"While we were happy with what was provided in general, the mattress in room 203 was terrible. It was well past it’s use by date and my wife woke up with a sore back (which hasn’t happened elsewhere). Sitting on the edge of the mattress made you slide off - it had no real structure left. Please change the mattress! Otherwise a real character room in a character property, which we enjoyed."
